Trouble Free Maintenance                                                                                                       

Your Ri-Treat waste water treatment system will be effective for more than 30 years, providing it is used and maintained in the correct manner.

When you buy a tank from Ri-Industries we provide you with a maintenance manual.  This details your maintenance schedule and outlines remedies in the unlikely event of problems.  Normally, problems are only ever encountered in extreme circumstances like overloading with solid wastes and intrusion of things like rags, newspapers, oils and scraps.  

It is recommended that you service your tank every three months to ensure consistent performance and compliance with the Health Commission.  This will check things like the pumps, chlorination, aeration and irrigation systems.  

The cost of your first four services (eg. commissioning the system and a further three services) is included in the cost of your Ri-Treat tank.

All of our tanks and components have excellent warranties, which we outline in detail upon purchase.  Tanks have an extended 15 year structural integrity warranty and all pumps have an extended three year warranty due to the high quality of effluent passing through the system.
